GEO Pilot scope
The standard GEO Pilot is a one-time project for USD 1,500, covering 10 agreed commercial queries, one target market and one language, the agreed optimization work, visibility checks and a final review after 90 days. Website development, paid third-party placements and additional services are agreed and billed separately.
Work plan, payment and delivery
We agree on the work plan, target queries, market, language, AI platform or platforms, access requirements and measurement procedure before starting. The upfront payment is 50%. We normally implement the agreed changes in 1–2 working days after receiving the required access and materials. We send the implementation report, after which the remaining 50% is payable. The specific project timetable is recorded in the proposal or agreement.
Review and follow-up
We monitor visibility during the 90-day review period and make intermediate adjustments if progress is insufficient. The final report compares the agreed queries with the baseline using the agreed procedure. Any further project is agreed separately; the package is not a monthly subscription.
Result and refund terms
The GEO Pilot refund commitment is described in the Refund Policy. Before payment we record the target AI platform, query set, language, market and verification method so the result can be assessed consistently.
Materials and third-party platforms
Clients provide materials and access needed for the approved changes and must have the right to use those materials. Third-party brands and platform names belong to their owners. Services and links supplied by third parties are subject to their own terms.
