Refund Policy
GEO Pilot: 90-day review and 100% refund commitment.

What the commitment covers
The GEO Pilot covers 10 agreed commercial queries. If, after 90 days, your company has not appeared in answers from the agreed target AI platform for at least 3 of those 10 queries, we refund 100% of your project payment — no questions asked.
Before the project starts
We record the 10 queries, target market, language, target AI platform, baseline answers, review date and repeat-check procedure in writing before payment. These settings are used for the final comparison.
How the result is assessed
At the 90-day review, we repeat the agreed checks and document the answers and whether the company appears for the agreed queries. The repeat-check procedure is set before the baseline is recorded; a single random appearance is not treated as sustained visibility.
How to request the refund
Contact [email protected] or the project contact in Telegram or WhatsApp and identify your GEO Pilot project. We use the agreed review records to apply the refund commitment and arrange the return of your payment. Any separately purchased services have their own agreed scope.
